Creekside Transformation

This small garden by Faversham Creek has been completely refreshed, transforming it from a cluttered, “sheddy” space into a practical garden filled with seasonal colour. Treated sleepers now define clean border edges, while willow screening hides an unsightly fence. The often-soggy lawn, crossed regularly to access the boat, was upgraded with durable driftwood-style pavers, keeping a "boaty" theme while adding practicality. Lush greens, burnt oranges, and purples, the colours Helen loved were incorporated into the planting to create a vibrant and inviting space.

Originally filled with big ideas like decking and pergolas, Helen realised she didn’t need anything overly complicated. A new path, thoughtful planting, and clever design brought her garden back to life. She can now host family gatherings and enjoy pottering in her creekside garden.
